never be patented.

intended for propulsion, to prove that it works. The goal is
to make the cell mass-producible for cars.

An Australian, identified only by the name Joe "X",
has designed an energy cell that uses water as fuel.
Unlike the other devices that use water as a source of
hydrogen, "The Joe Cell" uses electrically charged water
as a "gateway" or means through which a special type of
energy is passed out of the atmosphere. The existence of
this free energy (referred to as ether) is rejected by
orthodox science, but pursued by alternative scientists

Joe's experiments with various prototypes of his energy
cell were recorded on amateur videos in Australia between
1993 and 1997.
Joe X was the victim of threats and harassment that made
him remain silent. However, other researchers took his

A man named Bill Williams studied the
instructions and claimed that it was possible for him to
power his truck by using the fuel cell. He shared his
findings online with a group of like-minded enthusiasts.
He explained in detail how he was intimidated until he

standing in front of my truck, and a late 2005 or 2006
Ford Explorer model pulled up and parked diagonally in
front of my truck.

time, the passenger door opened. The driver explained that
they want me to stop working with alternative energy in
any form.
He went on to explain that they knew everything about me,
my family, and my past and current projects.
"At about that moment, the passenger reached me and held
up a folder about 6 cm thick. He opened it and showed me
telephone recordings, e-mails, messages from the group to
which I belonged. They knew where my children were
working, when they work, knew my grandchildren's school,
etc. They knew everything.
"The driver said that if I didn't stop working on it (then
he opened the left side of his jacket and showed me his
holstered gun), there would be other consequences. He
further explained that he wanted me to write a post
stating that I would no longer work in this field and that
I should destroy all my work, i.e., my cells, drawings,
lab records, simply everything!"
After a few days of reflection, Bill decided to comply
with the demands: “I thought I was strong, but if my
family is to be harmed, I must step back. I am truly
sorry. I will no longer work in the field of alternative
energy in any capacity. Tonight, I destroyed my device
along with my written data and lab reports."
CONCLUSION
We are complicit in the suppression of free energy

If we want free energy, we must stand behind the

Sandru - In June last year, everyone may have
heard the buzz about a japanese water car. The buzz was
about Genepax, a company from Japan who had claimed that
they invented a revolutionary system that splits water
into hydrogen and oxygen and then uses a fuel cell to
recombine it and generate electricity. That electricity
would have driven a car, fact that they demonstrated in
front of the press at that time.
They even had youtube videos showing their core
technology at work, how water is being fed to the system
and then recycled back to its source. It was a nice hope
for the auto industry, although some claimed it was some
kind of hoax.
Well, the naysayers must be happy now, that the company
has closed its gates. I don’t know for sure this wasn’t a
hoax, but with so many public appearances and
demonstrations, I don’t see many possibilities that it
was. More, so many discussion groups over the internet
experiment water splitting devices, with no intention of
selling them to anyone, but to make their lifes better and
save their pockets’ contents.
Anyway, conspiracy or non-conspiracy, after Stan Meyer’s
(another well-mediatized water car inventor) odd death, we
have an additional reason to believe that there’s a
certain policy ruling the world, policy that won’t allow
anyone make breakthrough changes, and even if they’re
demonstrated to work, they will be probably categorized as
scams, or someone will silently shut them down.

demonstrating how little electricity is needed to
convert water into hydrogen gas.
In a test setup, it is shown how long a
small 7 HP gasoline engine runs on 5 ml of
gasoline. It is 14.5 seconds. Further
attempts to start demonstrate that the tank is empty
(the engine does not start).
Subsequently, 450 ml of tap water is
poured into the empty tank. Then 5 ml of gasoline
is added to the water. The engine is started again. The
engine now runs for 4 minutes and 33 seconds. That is
17.7 times longer than with only 5 ml of gasoline. In
other words, the engine runs with 1.1% gasoline and the
rest water.
To convert this amount of 450 ml of water with 5 ml of
gasoline into clean fuel (hydrogen), exactly 0.282 A at
24 V, i.e., 6.77 watts, is required!
In the second example, an 8.75 kW electric
generator with a gasoline engine, only 1.76
amperes are needed to convert water with a small amount
of gasoline into hydrogen, so that the generator
delivers the full output – 7 to 8.75 kW. In this
example, the fuel tank of the generator was removed and
replaced by the converter (the device that splits the
water into hydrogen and oxygen(?)) with the water and
the small amount of gasoline.
Power generator and scooter
In the third example, a gasoline-powered scooter
is shown, which achieves 100 MPG (miles per gallon of
fuel) with a full tank. With the H2G technology, that
is, hydrogen, it reaches 400 to 500 MPG. What is
interesting, however, is to see how small the technology
is that is sufficient for this. The converter is built
as a small cylinder, as shown in the photo.
H2G Converter
In the promotional film for this technology, a beach
buggy (a modified VW Beetle) is also shown. It is
equipped with a PV panel and additionally has 4 fans at
the rear acting as a power generator using the driving
wind. Of course, this is meant to be a gag. Because the
buggy's starter battery, which is continuously charged
by the generator (alternator) while driving, would be
more than sufficient to generate enough hydrogen as fuel
continuously.
Fundamentally, the technology is sufficient to supply
all engines with 100% hydrogen while driving,
using ordinary drinking water or saltwater. The
vehicle's standard starter battery provides enough
electricity for the conversion.
However, the engines would then also need to be built to
be hydrogen-compatible. Otherwise, you
would have to use a water-gasoline or water-diesel
mixture. (But I cannot say how many percent of the fuel
would be sufficient to provide enough lubrication – from
the carbon in the fuel – for the valve seats, upper
combustion chamber in the cylinders, etc.)
With this technology, therefore, all cars, trucks,
buses, machines, trains, ships, and even turbines in
airplanes could be operated. With 100 percent water as
the starting material for the fuel. This could even be
produced onboard while driving.
This technology from Walter Jenkins takes it one step
further.

Even the water vapor present in our air is sufficient
to convert it into hydrogen during driving or flying,
which would reduce the amount of water that needs to be
carried.
Hydrogen is infinitely available. Furthermore, after the

The race to develop zero-emission vehicles regularly
leads to misleading and false claims on social media.
One of the most recent claims is that the world's
largest automaker, Toyota, has developed a
revolutionary water-powered engine that would make
lithium batteries or charging stations obsolete.
However, this claim is false, as Toyota explained to
AFP. Experts also stated that such technology would
not only be extremely inefficient but also technically
unfeasible.
“Toyota is developing a water-powered engine that
emits only steam – completely without lithium,
completely without charging,” read a shareable image
in a widely shared Facebook post from June 17, 2025 (link).
“With this technology, Toyota is ushering in the end
of the battery era – and showing the world that
sustainable mobility is possible even without heavy
batteries,” said part of the post in which the image
was shared.
The image is a photomontage of two photos. Each shows
a man on a stage, who in both cases appears to be
standing next to a model engine of the world’s largest
car manufacturer, Toyota (link).

Behauptungen wie diese

companies – particularly from the automotive and oil
industries, such as the oil and gas corporation
TotalEnergies – would keep revolutionary technologies
secret to protect their economic interests. Sometimes
it is even claimed that they would buy patents to hide
them, or go so far as to make their inventors
disappear.The claim that Toyota introduced a
water-powered engine that only emits water vapor is
also false.
Toyota is not developing a "water engine"
"We are actually not developing anything that could be
called a 'water engine,'" explained Jean-Yves
Jault (link),
representative of Toyota Motor Corporation, in an
email to AFP on July 23, 2025. Jault described the
claims circulating online as "misinformation" and
referred to an article in Forbes magazine from June
15, 2025 (link),
which debunked this rumor. In it, the author and
chemical engineer Robert Rapier stated
that "the idea that water could power a car is
absurd."
In fact, Toyota produces vehicles that use
hydrogen—not water—as fuel. These cars, such as the
Mirai model (link),
are refueled at specialized stations and are equipped
with lithium-ion batteries for storing and managing
energy.
Electrolysis for
hydrogen production consumes electricity
Hydrogen is produced through electrolysis. It is a
chemical process in which an electric current is used
to trigger a chemical reaction that splits water
molecules (H₂O) into hydrogen (H₂) and oxygen (O₂).
This process requires a large amount of electricity
and is only efficient with a stable energy source.
The hydrogen obtained can then be used as fuel,
especially in vehicles with fuel cells. However, for
electrolysis to take place in a car engine, a power
source in the vehicle, such as a battery, is required.
“However, such a system would be extremely inefficient,
as every step of energy conversion involves losses,”
Rapier continued in his "Forbes" article, elaborating on
the “fundamental principle of thermodynamics.” “Instead
of using a battery to produce hydrogen through
electrolysis and then using that hydrogen to power a
car, it would be much more efficient to use the
electricity directly for propulsion.

These conclusions have been confirmed by several
experts, including Plamen Punov (link),
a professor at the Technical University of Sofia, who
supervises student projects on hydrogen fuel cells (link).
He emphasized that hydrogen as a fuel is not produced
in the vehicles themselves.
"All of these vehicles generate electricity via fuel
cells powered by pure hydrogen, which was previously
stored in tanks," he explained in an email to AFP on
July 7, 2025. "I don't know of any vehicle of this
kind [that can produce its own hydrogen on board,
ed.], and even in theory, it would be extremely
inefficient and impractical."
Boriana Tsaneva (link),
a doctor of chemistry at the same university,
confirmed to AFP in an email on July 7, 2025, that "it
is technically possible to use the residual energy of
a moving vehicle through electrolysis." However, she
said that this option is "not economically viable."
She explained that this is not only due to the high
costs and additional weight associated with installing
an electrolyzer and its electronic control components,
but also because of the danger posed by the resulting
explosive gas mixture. According to Tsaneva, this
mixture cannot be safely stored and must be used
immediately after it is produced. In addition, burning
the gas mixture produces only a negligible amount of
usable energy.
Water used as a coolant
The false claim could be traced back to a patent (link)
for a hydrogen engine with a water-cooling system that
Toyota filed in 2023. In this case, water is not used
as fuel but solely as a coolant, replacing the
traditionally used air.
Cooling with water allows for better control of the
high temperatures that arise during hydrogen
combustion. This also enables the use of lighter
materials in the combustion chambers and cylinders,
making the engine both more efficient and lighter.
However, in the Toyota Mirai, the manufacturer's
current technology is used: the model is powered by a
hydrogen fuel cell (link) that
generates electricity for an electric motor. The
hydrogen is stored in high-pressure tanks and refilled
at special filling stations. During operation, the
vehicle emits only water vapor – a byproduct of the
chemical reaction between hydrogen and oxygen.
However, the vehicle does not have an electrolysis
system and does not produce hydrogen on board. In
addition, it is equipped with a lithium-ion battery.
According to its own statements, Toyota is pursuing a
multi-faceted approach (link) to
CO2-neutral mobility in the long term. This includes
the development of hydrogen fuel cells,
hydrogen-powered combustion engines, as well as
solid-state batteries, which could offer more safety,
range, and performance.
While Toyota does use electrolysis (link)
for hydrogen production in some of its facilities, it
is exclusively outside of vehicles.
Battery power is cheaper than hydrogen power
In 2025, battery-powered electric vehicles dominate (link)
the global market for emission-free transportation, as
they are more cost-effective and energy-efficient than
hydrogen-powered cars, and the charging infrastructure
continues to expand.
Some manufacturers, including Toyota, view hydrogen
cars as a complementary solution for heavy-duty
traffic and long-distance travel. However, their
widespread development is limited by high production
costs and an underdeveloped refueling network.
Most analysts agree that the future of emission-free
mobility will rely on a mix (link) of
different technologies: batteries will remain the
preferred option for passenger cars, while hydrogen
could play a strategic role in certain sectors such as
long-distance transport, heavy-duty traffic, or
specific industrial applications.
Conclusion: Toyota has not introduced a
water-powered engine. The automaker only produces
vehicles that use hydrogen supplied from tanks as
fuel. Experts also explained that it would be
inefficient and uneconomical to produce hydrogen
directly on board a car by splitting water.
Comment on Oct 8, 2025: THEN WHY were inventors
murdered and companies shut down?
Well, if the water engine is not supposed to exist, the
QUESTION remains: Why were inventors murdered who had
invented a water engine? And why did companies go bankrupt
that had developed a water-powered car?
NOTHING about this story is logical, except that there are
