Suffer
from allergies? You are not alone; Every fourth
person suffers from
some allergy or
hypersensitivity in different severity.
What‘s important to know about your allergy?
- To
what do you react?
Foods, substances
in the environment, pets, drugs,
and more (see
list)
- Allergy
reactions can affect
all body systems and cause direct symptoms and side
effects . Persistent
allergies can develop over
time to become chronic
disease states
such as asthma, eczema, headaches
that do not heal, and more
(see list
of symptoms)
- Many
of the allergies
are developed due to emotional
reasons but their expression
is physical

The myth about
allergies:
You can not get rid of allergies
and the only way to deal with them is by
avoiding the allergen
or the
use of drugs suppressing
the symptoms but with
the price of unpleasant
side effects.
Reality:
When you
stop taking the
medication allergic
reaction reappear.
IPEC treatment method offers a
long term solution that
neutralizes the
reasons for the onset of allergy.
Treatment
neutralizes false response
of the immune system that causes the
allergy
The treatment
neutralize the immune system’s false reaction, resulting in allergy and its
symptoms, elimination. After
treatment people can
be in
contact with the allergen
material without
adverse reactions.
Allergy diagnosis
– unlike conventional diagnostic
scratch test and blood tests, IPEC Therapy’s diagnosis is
based on direct and accurate information extracted
accurately from the patient‘s
body using biofeedback of the body (muscle test). Diagnosis
identifies the
exact sources of the problem and the reasons for its
formation. The process
includes an energetic
reaction test
to a wide range of different materials that may be
causing allergies.
Allergy treatment
– The process focuses on balance
and release of blockages, deficits
and internal
disturbances, causing the environmental allergens
according to the findings of
the assessment process. Muscle test
directs the therapist as far as the preferred interventions and
confirms which of them will help
balance and
strengthen the patient
and as a result, helping him to
release himself from the suffer
causing allergies.
The
treatment is natural,
relaxing, non-invasive, without medication and suitable
for all ages (including
the embryonic stage)
and is
based on energetic
principles activating the natural healing
mechanism of the body.

Natural Allergy Solutions – Say goodbye to allergies
Dr. Uri Kenig, March 2012
Suffering from allergies? You are not alone
Allergies are very common among people of all ages (see
list of common symptoms). It is estimated that 1 out of
every 5 Americans suffer from allergies.
Undiagnosed allergies can develop over time into all
sorts of stubborn chronic conditions including
inflammation, infection, asthma and bronchitis,
headaches, digestive problems and more. In many
instances the sufferer is not even aware he is allergic
to a specific substance. Allergies can become a serious
problem and if not treated interfere with the quality of
life and compromise our well being!
Allergies affect people of all ages, as young
as new born babies
When we are just born the immune system is not fully
developed yet, and can mistakenly react to harmless
substances as if these are dangerous and produce an
allergy. Allergies can make babies quite miserable (and
their parents too…), restless and colicky. Symptoms as
skin rashes, digestive difficulties, and nasal
congestion are often triggered by allergies. Ear and eye
infections are common symptoms in children that can
develop due to allergies.
What is an allergy anyway?
An allergy is an hypersensitivity of the immune system
to normally harmless substance that is set in the body
memory. Once it is triggered, the body reacts by
releasing chemicals that produce the allergic reaction
in different systems in the body. It can be triggered by
what we eat, smell, touch, or even remember or imagine.
The common types of allergies people suffer from are:
Food allergies, seasonal allergies, pet allergies
environmental allergies Medication/supplements
allergies.
Why do we keep getting allergies?
As amazing as the immune system in protecting us from
invaders like bacteria, viruses and poisons it sometimes
makes mistakes. In certain situations it misidentifies
friendly substances as harmful, and then attacks the
substances with ferocity far greater than required. This
attack can cause symptoms ranging from mildly
uncomfortable to sever problems.
This exaggerated response gets embedded in the immune
system forming antibodies which are our body memory.
From now on and every time you come in contact with this
specific food or substance, antibodies in your blood
trigger a response that includes the release of
histamines and other substances. Within minutes to
hours, a variety of symptoms, including itchy mouth,
swollen tongue, hives, wheezing, skin rashes, nausea,
vomiting and diarrhea, inflammation, aches and pains and
more severe symptoms, start to manifest. At its worst,
the reaction is anaphylaxis – a potentially
life-threatening reaction that can occur within seconds
and may lead to shock, airway closure and a
blood-pressure drop.
Multiple allergies and stress
Have you ever noticed that when you feel stressed and
experience emotional overload you tend to sneeze more,
your skin gets itchier, you feel more pain and being
attacked by more symptoms.
Research is finding that hormones (like Cortisol) and
brain chemicals (like adrenaline) released into the
bloodstream while under stress over activate the immune
system and can trigger allergic reactions to different
substances we come to contact with at the time.
Overactive nervous system due to worry or traumatic
stress can create multiple allergies to almost
everything. This is an indication of an immune system in
a full blown attack mode.
The common approach to dealing with allergies
The most widespread strategies people have to dealing
with allergies are – avoid them, suppress them with
drugs or learn to live with them. These approaches may
help manage some of the symptoms, some of the time, but
it doesn’t eliminate the problem- the allergy itself.
The alternative approach to clearing allergies,
even stubborn ones!
Wouldn’t it be better if there was an allergy treatment
alternative to drugs, shots or other invasive
intervention? The good news there is one.
In this approach, instead of trying to fight the
allergy, the focus of treatment is on “turning off” the
exaggerated response of the immune system in the
presence of the allergen, helping the immune system to
replace it with a welcoming response, eliminating the
need to fight harmless substances for no reason.
Say goodbye to allergies for good, it’s
possible
The first step in elimination allergies is to identify
the exact substances the immune system is over-reacting
to. This is done using a bio feedback technique called
muscle testing which can uncover blocks in the energy
pathways in the body caused by the allergy. Many people
who suffer from different symptoms are surprised to find
out they are allergic to seemingly harmless things, and
even healthy people are surprised to find they are
allergic too. The clearing process involves gentle
stimulating of specific reflex points and spinal nerves
while making contact with the allergen. This
intervention restores a balanced response to the body,
nervous and the immune systems. The outcome in most
cases of the treatment is that the body no longer has to
over reacts to the allergen, which means that the
allergy was successfully eliminated and the person can
be in touch with these allergens with no consequences.

A 45 years old man suffered for a few years from
allergy symptoms, sneezing, stuffy nose, and inner ear
pains. After all kinds of medical treatment failed to
help, he started IPEC therapy. Within a few months many
allergens were cleared from his system and he could
breath in a much freer manner and his intense sneezing
stopped. After a few months of therapy, following
another therapy session, he felt a sudden profound
clearing in his head. He realized right than that he had
suffered for many years from continuous, intense
headache that never stopped, about which he was not
aware. For months later, he continued his path in
clearing more and more allergens, and had headaches
intermittently, come and go. Eventually the headaches
disappeared, as well as all his allergy symptoms.

whatever he sucked in he immediately discharged out. He
started to lose weight fast. MT indicated sensitivity to
his mom’s milk. One single treatment reversed the
sensitivity and the infant had started to gain weight.
2. Anxieties & Panic Attacks
http://ipectherapy.com/anxieties-panic-attacks/
Fears,
anxieties and phobias are like a snowball; If not
treated, are intensifying and damage the ability
to function, confidence and quality of life.
What’s
important to know about anxieties:
- Temporary feelings of
anxiety are normal reactions to threatening
and unknown situations which disappear when the
threat ends up.
- Repeating feelings of
anxiety at high intensity that do not easily fade
away, indicate a clinical condition that needs
professional intervention
- In anxiety and fear
there is an existential threat and helplessness that
activate the body’s alarm mechanism and as a result
develop physical reactions, negative thoughts and
turbulent emotions.
- Anxiety reactions may
lead to development of physical problems such as
sleep disorders, abdominal pain, headache, and more
(List symptoms)
- Sedating drugs for
dealing with fears and anxieties can dim the
symptoms but at the cost of side effects
- Treating with drugs
alone may create dependency on the medicine without
dealing with the mental aspect of the problem
- Psychological talk
therapy, focusing on how to deal with the state of
anxiety and emotional support but do not neutralize
the source of the problem
To truly be free of fears
and anxieties and their accompanying symptoms, the
problem has to be healed from its root, that is,
to neutralize the scary scripts embedded in the
body’s memory which trigger the body’s stress
system, creating fears and anxieties.
IPEC Therapy in fears and
anxieties offers:
* Unique diagnostic
system using biofeedback of the body (muscle test)
* Releasing the frightening memories from the
subconscious mind, those who activate the
anxiety mechanism
* Release stress responses in body and mind
* Balance the nervous system responses
* Natural tools for achieving emotional balance, inner
peace and increased self-confidence

Love & Anxiety
http://ipectherapy.com/cases/love-anxiety/
A guy in his early 20’s fell in love with a woman, 10
years older than him. He enjoyed her company all the
time, but, as their relationship grew stronger, he
developed anxiety that she is using him only for fun,
and soon enough, she might leave him. He was too afraid
to share with her his feelings, worrying this will
trigger her motivation to leave him. MT helped him to
connect to an old event in his 4th grade in which he
loved dearly the queen of the class, but when he
proceeded to tell her about his feelings she laughed at
him and ridiculed him in front of the class. When this
issue was cleared, he could be more of himself and share
freely with his new girlfriend about his feelings.
========
School Phobia
http://ipectherapy.com/cases/school-phobia/
An 8 years old child developed school phobia. The
parents reported no significant event took place in the
last few months prior to therapy. MT suggested a
conflict between the child and her teacher. The child
could not shed any more light on the issue at first,
but, later at home she could tell her mom that her
teacher blamed her that she is bullying other kids and
that she needs to stop this behavior or the teacher will
talk to her parents. The girl was afraid to tell her
parents about that, worrying they will punish her. She
told that these warnings went on for few weeks. Her
tension grew up till she refused to go to school
anymore. IPEC Therapy combined with play therapy helped
the child to get out of this mental block of being
trapped between the teacher and her parents. After few
sessions, she was able to return to school, not before
her parents had a long talk with the teacher.
3. ADHD
http://ipectherapy.com/adhd/
Are you afraid your
child suffers from attention, concentration
and/or hyperactivity problems?
Is school or
pediatrician are pressuring to give your child
psychiatric drugs for “treating the
problem”?
There are some
facts you should know before you choose how to
help your child:
- ADHD
(Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) is an
inclusive collection of symptoms – this is not a
problem in itself; this is an invented mental
diagnosis
- Not all ADHD and
hyperactivity problems derive from the same reason;
It differs from one child to another
- There are reasons for
ADHD and concentration problems that many people do
not know about them (see
list)
- Medication is designed
to suppress interfering symptoms . It can make life
easier for teachers, parents and even children
themselves, because it restrains the behavior, but
at the same time, it neglects and ignores the real
problem that causes the symptoms
- Medical treatment
including stimulating psychiatric drugs like Ritalin
or Concerta generally have short and long term
side effects
- The above drugs can
cause dependency and inhibit the the child’s natural
temperament
IPEC Therapy
addresses problems of inattention, lack of
concentration and hyperactivity with a natural way,
without psychiatric drugs and with no side effects
as follows:
Diagnostic
process – unlike conventional
diagnostic questionnaires and statistical criteria,
the diagnosis of IPEC therapy is based on a
direct and accurate information derived from the
patient’s body through biofeedback system of the body
(muscle test). Diagnosis identifies the exact sources
of the problem and the reasons for its formation.
The
treatment process – the process
focuses on balancing and releasing of internal and environmental
blockages, deficits and disorders that affect the
attention and the concentration, based on the
diagnosis’s findings.
Muscle Test directs the therapist to the preferred
ways of dealing with the needed interventions to help
balance and strengthen the patient and as a result,
help him solve the problem of attention and
concentration.
The treatment is natural, based on energy principles
that activate the body’s natural healing mechanism.

8. Respiratory Issues
http://ipectherapy.com/respiratory-issues/
Breathing
problems stem from lack of Oxygen in the body.
Lack of Oxygen in the body creates
breathing problems. This
is a vicious cycle leading to the development
of respiratory conditions that according to
modern literature, there is no cure.
If we
understand the elements leading to the development
of respiratory diseases, we can certainly realize
that most respiratory
diseases can be significantly getting better and
even be cured.
What happens in
the body and mind that causes the formation of
respiratory problems?
- Experiencing mental
threatening event violates the normal respiratory
rate and causes
Oxygen deficiency in the lungs
- When the threat passes,
the lungs are trying to fill up the gap and
increase the respiratory rate in order to
supplement the Oxygen deprivation
- When
the threat becomes persistent for days, for weeks,
for months, lack of Oxygen reaches the level
of distress and forces the lungs to bring more and
more Oxygen into the bloodstream; that builds up a
condition of Hyperventilation (over-breathing)
- Hyperventilation
requires higher amounts of Oxygen to the lungs and
the body dumps too much Carbon Dioxide (CO2)
- In optimal health
condition, Oxygen is entering the bloodstream and
reaching every cell in the body
- In a
state of Hyperventilation, too much Oxygen
is concentrated
in the heart and lungs areas, and the body’s
periphery (e.g. hands & legs) become Oxygen
deficient, thus, increasing the original emotional
stress
- When the above process
continues for a long time, it might form
inflammation conditions in the lungs and bronchus
which lead to the formation of Asthma, Bronchitis,
Emphysema, COPD and more, which are permanent
conditions
- Different drugs relaxing the many
symptoms for short periods but progressively take
the suffering person further away from a long term
solution of his condition
How can
you cure respiratory diseases with IPEC Therapy?
- Identifying the
components of the present and past threats leading
to mental stress which is manifested in disruption
of normal breathing
- Systematic clearing of
these threat elements from the body and mind
- Retraining the
respiratory system, utilizing a special technology
(the client continues with regular medication up
to successfully completing this training)
- Systematic
reduction in the amount of Oxygen inhaled into the
body and systematic increasing of Carbon Dioxide
into the body’s in order to chemically balance
these two gases in the lungs and the entire
body
- Systematic changing
eating habits
- Moderate daily
exercise protocol
The
treatment is natural, relaxing, non-invasive, without
medication and suitable for all ages (including the
embryonic stage) and is based on the principles of
energy therapy in conjunction with the body’s natural
healing system.

Asthma & Bronchitis
http://ipectherapy.com/articles/asthma-bronchitis/
Begin reverse your breathing problems today
Dr. Uri Kenig, April 2013
Are you one of those people suffering from a
breathing problem with no end in sight?
If you have chronic Asthma, Bronchitis, heavy breathing,
COPD or any other breathing conditions, this article is
going to help you find an important answer to your
problem.
Millions of people of all ages in the US suffer from
chronic respiratory symptoms and use inhalers,
nebulizers and other anti-inflammatory drugs to breathe
normally. Let’s face it, it is impossible to function
normally and feel well when breathing is compromised.
Many sufferers resign to the notion that they have to
live with their breathing problem for the rest of their
lives, and continue using the prescribed drugs, giving
up hope for a lasting solution.
What is wrong with the common treatment for
breathing problems?
Link: Common
symptoms in Asthma & bronchitis website article
[from www.miaseo.net]
The common Doctor’s recommendation for breathing
problems is prescription drugs for symptom relief. Did
you ever stop to think about what these drugs really do?
Probably not. The ”magic” of these drugs is symptom
suppression, to relieve the discomfort and pain yet it
does not equal healing or cure! For the simple reason
that nothing is really done to reverse the cause of the
problem and restore healthy breathing.
What is the cause for most breathing problems?
For all those who suffer from hyperventilation, asthma,
bronchitis, and other respiratory problems, it might
come as a big surprise to find out that the cause of
most of these difficulties is simple – over breathing.
While over breathing or hyperventilation is associated
with anxiety, and loud snoring may be the punch line of
many jokes on married couples, these are indications for
breathing problems that may end up becoming serious
issues for your respiratory system and general health.
On the surface, it might sound contradictory that over
breathing is linked with breathing difficulties, but
numerous research studies validate the findings that
under the influence of physical, emotional or mental
stress, we tend to breathe faster, through our mouth
consuming large amounts of oxygen in an effort to supply
our body with more oxygen.
At the same time, we also exhale a considerable amount
of Carbon dioxide (co2). What most people don’t know is
that in order to absorb and utilize oxygen efficiently
in our body, we need the presence of about 7% Carbon
Dioxide (co2).
Without it, the oxygen can’t be transported and absorbed
efficiently into the cells and tissue all over the body.
Breathing this way over time develops into a habitual
breathing stress pattern and leads to a decrease in
metabolism, compromised immune system and build up of
inflammation that leads to atherosclerosis formation.
All these changes lead to gradual oxygen deprivation in
the cells that eventually develops into respiratory
ailments.
The solution:
Teach your respiratory system to breath normally
while eliminating the causes creating stress in the
mind
Extensive research found out different natural ways to
teach the respiratory system to breath naturally and
effectively, i.e., to supply the needed amounts of
oxygen to every cell in the body, while maintaining the
required levels of CO2 all over the body at any given
moment.
Since the respiratory system is easily influenced by
chronic states of stress, it is quickly adopting
Mal-functioning habits of breathing. Having said that,
it just makes sense that the respiratory system is able
to learn to breath normally and naturally again.
Teaching the respiratory system to breath normally again
can take place in two forms:
- Breathing exercise protocols
- Using breathing devices
These methods of breathing, are focusing on the three
elements needed to restore normal breathing:
- Reduce Oxygen intake (hypoxia)
- Increase CO2 intake (hypercapnia)
- Strengthen the respiratory system’s muscles (mainly
the Diaphragm)
When a protocol of systemic breathing exercises is
taking place, is geared mainly towards the first two
elements – Reduce oxygen intake and increase CO2 intake.
This leads to normalizing of the over breathing
(hyperventilation), hence, the entire body, and not only
the respiratory system, gets more oxygen and the low
levels of CO2 are replenished. These exercises require
time, effort, discipline and perseverance, but are
definitely improving the breathing efficacy altogether.
Training with breathing devices will improve
significantly all three breathing elements – reduce
oxygen intake, increase CO2 intake and strengthen the
respiratory system’s muscles. And while improving the
physical aspect of breathing, one has to eliminate all
the hindering triggers that caused and keep causing his
stress system to be activated on a constant basis with
no relief. This perpetual activation, send signals to
bring in more air in order to supply the extra need in
oxygen under the survival demands that keep inflicting
the person’s mind. The triggers for the survival mode
are traumatic based beliefs, that even though may have
been formed years before, these still surfacing in
non-threatening events, misinterpreting the current
events as ones with potential to threat the very
survival of the person.Since these beliefs are data
recorded in the mind, carrying powerful negative charge,
this charge, while being properly identified, can
convert to be either benign or positive charge. This
kind of therapy would reduce dramatically the load from
the stress system, and will be able to support the
acceleration and the quality of the process of teaching
the respiratory system to breath normally and healthily.

Reduced Stress in healing Asthma
http://ipectherapy.com/general/reduced-stress-healing-asthma/
Published – 2-20-2013
Reduced Stress in healing Asthma
Many people don’t know that stress, both personal and
work related can be a major trigger for asthma.
Financial worries, strained family relationships, loss
and grief, anger, panic, upset, yelling and crying can
easily trigger an asthma attack.
Just as air pollution, pets and allergies can cause an
asthma flare so does uncontrolled stress.
Why is that so? Research tells us that stress doesn’t
only affect the mind, it affects the body too, and the
physical reactions to stress take place instantly.
Anxiety and upset can cause the muscles around the
airways to tighten, cause breathing to become fast and
shallow.
Feeling worried and overwhelmed tends to also activate
the stress hormones and the immune system and cause an
increased productions of mucus, symptoms of whizzing and
swelling and further obstruction of the airways. All
these cause an increasingly shortness of breath that
sooner or later brings on an asthma attack.
People who experience on going emotional stress in fact,
develop stressful habits of breathing, and continue to
breathe in this manner on a daily basis. As a result,
periodic asthma attacks turn into a chronic condition.
Doctors claim asthma is an incurable chronic condition.
I say that the chronic condition in most asthma cases is
the habit itself and it is possible to reverse it.
The truth is that our body and mind can help us
regain healthy normal breathing if we only give it a
chance.
Breathing habits are learned behaviors that can be
changed by retraining your respiratory system to breathe
normally again, in a relatively short time. Over time,
the new habits become automatic and the effects on
breathing are amazing.
Learning how to calm your body and mind and how to
deal with everyday stress effectively without “stressing
the body” is essential in protecting your lungs and
immune system from overreacting and producing
respiratory symptoms.

Breathing too much is actually breathing too
little

Published – 1-12-2013
Over breathing
It’s a day after election and no matter what are the
results, we are all breathing with a sigh of relief that
it’s all over. Speaking about breathing, did you know
that when you hold your breath for too long, your body
becomes hungry for air, sending a message to the lungs
to inhale larger amounts of air to compensate for the
air deprivation?
When we find ourselves
constantly holding our breath for too long, many times a
day, everyday, for long periods of time, we might be
under a lot of stress. Then, the lungs will try to bring
in as much air as it can via inhalation, mainly from the
mouth and not from the nose, way much more of what the
lungs are capable to process. The more air is inhaled,
the less the body is receiving it, and a new habit of
OVER BREATHING is formed. Before too long, If it is not
being changed soon back to normal, this new habit
becomes the fertile ground to the formation of all kinds
of breathing difficulties, stemming from too little
breathe reaching the entire body.

Respiration Power for Jogging
http://ipectherapy.com/general/respiration-power-for-running/
Published – 8-30-2013
People who jog, tend to focus on training their muscles
and improving their heart fitness.
This is all good yet, there is another aspect to running
that tends to be overlooked – Breathing. The way we
breathe and the condition and fitness of our respiratory
muscles, especially the diaphragm makes a big
difference!
An average jogger tends to be a chest breather, moving
his shoulders up and down, inhaling and exhaling through
the mouth. The problem with this kind of breathing is
that it draws minimal air into the lungs. Most of the
air inhaled in this fashion stays in the chest which is
the upper part of the lungs. It doesn’t get into the
lower part of the lungs, which is rich with air sacks
and blood vessels. This is the place where oxygen enters
the blood stream and then delivered thought-out the
body.
When jogging, muscles need a good supply of oxygen to be
able to move the body, but when our air sacks don’t get
enough oxygen, muscles get fatigued and running becomes
really difficult.
So if you want to improve your jogging, get renewed lung
power by developing correct breathing pattern.
Efficient breathing involves breathing through the nose,
slowly drawing air to the lower part of the lungs. When
taking a breath, 80% of the work should be done by the
diaphragm which in turn, prevents fatigue and improves
overall endurance.
It may be hard to break the habit of chest breathing
while you run, trying to keep the pace. I believe that
when you practice breathing through the nose, using your
diaphragm in rest, your body will be able to adapt this
new habit to running conditions, hence, improve
significantly body’s oxygenation and increase overall
endurance. It can make your jogging a breeze.

Why Mouth Breathing May Hurt Our Health?
http://ipectherapy.com/general/mouth-breathing-may-hurt-health/
Published 12-20-2012
Mouth
breathing
Apart from the
embarrassment of being caught by your friends while
watching a movie with your mouth wide open, mouth
breathing is bad for your health.
Mouth breathing
occurs when we inhale and exhale air through our
mouth rather than using our nose. When air is
inhaled through the nose, it passes through the
mucus membranes in the nose passages and sinuses.
This mucus in the nose cavities is an immune system
defense mechanism that blocks allergens, viruses and
bacteria from entering the body though the
respiratory system. Did you know that for these
reasons, mouth breathers are much more susceptible
to develop recurring bronchioles infections,
colds & flu, coughs, post nasal drips and
allergies than nose breathers? In terms of dental
health, breathing through the mouth can dry the oral
cavity and lead to bad breath, gum disease and tooth
decay. When breathing from the mouth, we inhale a
large volume of air at once; four times more than
the amount inhaled through the nose, which causes
over breathing and contrary to what many people
believe, it reduces the lungs capacity to utilize
oxygen efficiently and use it in our body.
Mouth breathing is a habit that can be changed. Try
to be aware to keep your mouth closed at most times,
when you don’t talk during the day. At night it is
recommended to use a special mouth tape to keep the
mouth from opening.
Restoring the habit of nose breathing will improve
your better overall breathing health, and will help
you stay healthy in so many other ways as well.

Why am I short of breath after eating?
http://ipectherapy.com/general/short-breath-eating/
Breathing and
eating
The main cause of
feeling short of breath after eating is most
commonly overeating. When we have excessive Intake
of food, the stomach becomes bloated and presses
against the diaphragm. In order to breath
normally, the diaphragm needs to expand, but when
the stomach is bloated the expansion cannot take
place properly.
The result is
distressed breathing, fast and shallow. In this
attempt to get adequate supply of oxygen, we start
to over breath, inhaling through our mouth large
amount of air that stays in the upper part of our
lungs, and cannot properly transfer oxygen to the
blood stream. The more air is inhaled, the less
oxygen actually gets into our cells. It might take
hours for the stomach to digest the food, and
allow breathing to get back to normal. If
overeating repeats itself, the body might develop
a vicious cycle of breathing problems following
overeating. To reverse this cycle, make sure to
eat smaller portions more frequently, and do not
over fill the stomach with solid or liquid foods.
I would recommend you to breath mainly through
your nose, and limit mouth breathing to minimum.
Develop breath fitness by learning to breath using
your diaphragm for maximum oxygen supply. Breath
is essential for survival and well being; let’s
use it efficiently!

result in overall low endurance. When we do strenuous
activity like exercise, optimal supply of oxygen is
needed to allow our muscles to operate efficiently,
lower our heart rate and maintain good energy level.
Correct breathing is key in developing good endurance,
burning more fat, preventing dizziness and increasing
overall fitness. Most people think that physical
exercise is the only way to develop desired endurance.
Not so. There is an effective, scientific way that is
not strenuous and can help improve breathe endurance
while…. sitting.
Scientists and researchers in Russia developed a
breathing training device that trains the body to
breathe efficiently, increasing oxygen metabolism to
every cell of the body. It is called the Frolov
Respiration training device. It is simple,
yet powerful and it is completely natural and drug free.
Using it mimics conditions of higher altitude,
which allows the respiratory system to utilize oxygen
most efficiently, strengthening the gentle fabric
of muscles of the respiratory tissues that is essential
for good breathing. The practice consists of breathing
into the device for up to 20-30 minutes daily, while
sitting. It is gentle, gradual and pleasant to do.
It trains the body to adapt new habits of
breathing that overtime become automatic. This is a
great way of improving your endurance in the comfort of
your home.

9. Skin Issues

Skin disorders such as
eczema, Psoriasis, Acne, Dermatitis, etc. Your
skin may need a psychologist
- It’s
itchy, painful and causes severe discomfort
- Dealing
is frustrating and evokes feelings of helplessness
and lack of control of the situation
- It’s
embarrassing and decreasing the self-esteem
- Nutritional
imbalances, radiation, smoking and unhealthy
lifestyle affect the health of the skin
- Allergies
and / or sensitivities to foods, beverages and
environmental factors can cause skin problems
Conventional
solutions: creams, lotions, avoiding
foods, antibiotics and steroids do not cure the root
cause. At best they keep the symptoms on the back
burner until the next outbreak.
The skin is the display
window of the mental and physical condition of the
person
The
body’s responses to prolonged stress cause
physiological responses which immediately affect skin
condition and looks like:
Acne
and subcutaneous fat are formed
due to increased secretion of stress hormones like
cortisol.
Itching, swelling and redness are
created in response to excessive secretion of
neuropeptides at the nerve ending of the skin.
Flaky skin and
infection resulting of an
overactive immune system.
Flushing or pale skin color are
created because of the excessive expansion or
contraction of blood vessels in response to stress.
Shingles outbreak, herpes and cold sores
related to an imbalance in the immune system that
allows dormant viruses become active.
Healing and regeneration of skin cells
becomes slow and delayed as a result of increased
threat and stress. In these situations most of the
body’s resources are directed to emergency response
and slowing of metabolism, healing processes and
renewal.
IPEC treatment
method helps to successfully solve persisting skin
problems
The therapist diagnoses using biofeedback of
the muscular system to find out which causes the
symptoms of skin problems to arise. Using muscle
testing, the skin “talks and tells” what bothers and
upsets him. The therapist helps the client to release
the emotional/physical stresses from the system,
naturally, in a non invasive, pleasant and
relaxing manner, and allows the skin get healed,
renewed and back to be smooth and healthy.

The Mind-Skin Connection
Dr. Uri Kenig, June 2011
What do you need to
know about skin?
We don’t
realize it but our skin is an organ just like the heart,
lung and liver. Actually, it is the body’s largest organ
and perhaps it’s most sensitive. The skin has a large
amount of nerve endings networked through the entire skin,
to sense the outside environment and react to it and it is
closely connected with our nervous system and brain.
The skin is also our boundary with the outside world.
Researchers studying the field of mind-skin
connection have discovered that the body’s reaction to
feelings of high alert and difficulties to protect
psychological boundaries like saying “no”, setting limits
and expressing emotions, creates stress, that if not
released, can find its way out to the surface, often through
the skin.
How can
emotional turmoil trigger or aggravate skin problems?
Unresolved Stress and emotional factors can affect the skin
health by setting off several physiological reactions in the
body:
1. Release of hormones like Cortisol that thicken hair
follicle cells and increase oil production, the perfect
recipe for Acne.
2. Release of neuropeptides, chemicals unleashed from nerve
endings in the skin that leave it red, itchy and inflamed.
3. Production of T- cells by the immune system, the
skin’s infection fighters that overreact, causing redness,
flake and scale.
4. blood vessels under stress become more reactive; either
constricted (so skin looks pale or yellow) or opening too
widely (causing the skin to flush).
Stress can tip the balance between
dormant viruses and immune system and lead to an
outbreak of shingles, herpes and cold sores. Stress
also affects the skin’s repair mechanisms and that is why it
takes longer than usual to heal. Many times, the efforts to
avoid stressful situations and the feelings aroused because
of it, trigger the skin symptoms.
What can be done if your skin problems
just don’t go away?

away with dermatological medical treatment, we offer a
highly effective treatment to clear your skin problems from
the inside out.

Can Urticaria be caused by Emotions?
http://ipectherapy.com/cases/can-urticaria-caused-emotions/
Urticaria
A man
in his early thirties
began to flair
up with red skin rash almost
on his entire body, accompanied by the
most painful and severe
itching. After
undergoing treatment with two dermatologists
to no success, he reached IPEC Therapy. It turned out that
the guy is in a serious crossroads
in his career for
a several months. He worked in an
unsatisfying job for a long time and was
un-proportionally compensated. In the last year before
therapy, he was preoccupied with thoughts that he
had passed
the age 30 and is still stuck in the
same place in life, and if
nothing will change this is how he will always be.
He did not feel important, neither contributing
nor producing. He secretly
began to weave
a new career in his mind, that will give a new
meaning to his life. In fantasy, everything looked great, but
when time came to
fulfill them, difficulties and
problems piled
up and suddenly the dream
lost its appeal and he sank into
despair that nothing will ever change.
This mental
state was a fertile ground for the outbreak of Urticaria.
It flared up
and ignited
his past
of a child that most of the time felt
not important, unsuccessful academically and socially,
and was living in a family that its members were
intermittently sick.
This shattered Dream from a few months prior to therapy stimulated fiercely
old memories but he had no outlet to
express them. As a result, his immune system began
to work more
vigorously to “clean up” the
memories as if
they were invaders that were threatening his well being. But the memories kept
flooding and the immune system increased its activity to
rid the body of the “invaders”, and eventually
the skin flared up.
In IPEC treatment, he found out these revelations and the
assessment that was followed up by intense interventions
cleared up the Urticaria efficiently and rapidly.

Skin Flair in a Toddler
http://ipectherapy.com/cases/skin-flair-toddler/
A one-year-old baby got a sudden flair on her skin
for 10 consecutive days. It looked like big round red
stains all over the body. The pediatrician could not help
with any creme or liquid antibiotic. MT indicated
emotional distress. Exploring more, it became evident that
the baby’s mom, who is a single mom, was abandoned
abruptly by her boyfriend of 6 months. She did not dare
telling about it to her cloth social circle, fearing their
criticism why she dated this guy to begin with. So she
buried it all in, and her one year old baby took it on her
shoulders (unconsciously). In a single session, after all
the above revelations were cleared, in matter of minutes,
the entire skin flair on the baby’s skin disappeared.

Natural treatment of Psoriasis

Psoriasis
A man
in his forties, holding a senior position in
a large company, had no success in forming a
steady and lasting relationship with a woman, even though
he was romantically involved with women multiple times
during his adult life. In the meantime, most of his life,
he suffered of intermittent skin
irritations and itchy rashes in
different spots on his body. He could never connect his skin condition to his lack of
success in relationships.
A few months before
he turned to IPEC Therapy, the
skin irritations became severe, had white scales on it
and it spread mainly to his skull.
The severe itch became very painful and his irresistible
scratching led to bleeding infections. It appeared to have a severe Psoriasis attack.
A preliminary IPEC assessment found that it is
connected to him having involved currently in a love/hate relationship with
a woman, and
he felt a lack of courage to either express to her
honestly his feelings or terminate the
relationship. The woman
was often
in rage with him, blaming him
for many things and he kept quiet while feeling insulted and
humiliated. Parallel to the relationship
deterioration, his skin condition greatly exacerbated.
He was very
surprised to find out the connection between his failed
relationship and
the worsening condition of his psoriasis.
Digging further into the evaluation, a picture of neglect and
emotional abandonment during his childhood had surfaced. He grew up in a family where there was a culture of
denial ans self expression was not allowed. He developed
a belief that he does not
deserve to be loved,
and that there is nothing interesting about him so nobody
will really listen to him.
These revelations through MT processes, involved with
consequent energy treatments, got his Psoriasis into
remission and within a few months his skin was free and
healthy.

Treating Acne Naturally
http://ipectherapy.com/cases/treating-acne-naturally/
Acne
A 17 years
old girl, a junior in high
school, was involved for
almost a year in
the process of registration to
the college of her dreams. The
girl was an outstanding
student, perfectionist
and very
ambitious. She
came to IPEC Therapy to treat a severe
Acne that had developed
on her face, not
imagining that
perhaps her ambition and devotion
to her future academic career, had
maintained the development of her Acne.
The Acne showed up initially as small and sporadic pimples. She took
care of them right away
by cleaning her face with appropriate chemicals and by
ingesting food supplements. When the initial
outbreak developed to be more prevalent all over her
face, and the tiny pimples became big, red flares, wet
and painful, she was seeking for therapy.
Her meeting with a dermatologist led to an absence of
results so she turned to IPEC Therapy.
The initial assessment showed immediately that her Acne is
highly related to her emotional state. It took sometime
for her to see and realize how many issues in her life are
“pushed under the carpet”. She had maintained the belief
that if you are not aware of something it can never hurt
you.
Realizing through MT how many issues around her
application process to college, her rocky relationship
with her parents, her constant tension with her boyfriend,
just were ignored. The deeper these issues were opened for
her, the clearer her skin became, and eventually, her Acne
disappeared.
