In November 1987, I had a beautiful
concert in Salamanca with Mozart's Sinfonia
Concertante KV364. This was with the Chamber Orchestra
Freiburg in Breisgau under the direction of Mr.
Christian Florea (cellist) and his wife, a Spanish
woman playing cello and organizing the tours.
Today, in 2025, I no longer play music, but since 2003
I have developed a natural medicine that has achieved
fantastic healing successes in people since October
2015 – also in musicians. On the occasion of my visit

The most important topics for musicians are the
following:
-- Inflamed tendons and joints heal by
rubbing/spraying the joint with baking soda water
three times a day and resting the affected area, not
touching it (a basic environment is created and the
blood contains more oxygen, which heals the
inflammation).
-- Athletes even take a bath in a bathtub filled with
water mixed with 1 kg of baking soda, thus healing all
the small cracks in the body – let it take effect for
1 hour.
-- Joint cartilage heals / is cared for with powdered
eggshell in meals (the membrane contains natural
collagen) - moreover, the natural calcium from the
eggshell strengthens teeth and bones and there are no
more cavities - 4 to 8 eggs with shell per month -
simply eat as is or grind it.

Eyes: Caring for the eyes is very
important: under maximum sunlight
-- Never wear sunglasses (because the indigenous
people never wore sunglasses)
-- Always wear a cap with protection at the back of
the head, and only in case of rain or when the sun is
in a dangerous position, also in front
-- Always eat yellow, orange, and red fruits and
vegetables because of the beta-carotene for the eyes
-- Eat garlic: Garlic slightly thins the blood, which
also nourishes the capillaries in the eyes - to
counteract the garlic smell, eat parsley or add garlic
to a soup, then it won't smell any more.

Avoid coughing, especially in
winter: Consume foods and drinks high in vitamin C
that have an "antibiotic" effect – at least twice a
day, especially lemon water, tea with lemon, lemon in
soup (this is a standard in Peru)

Avoid overweight: to prevent
overloading the knees and disturbing family members
and neighbors when snoring loudly:
Do NOT eat potatoes and NO bread -- and do not eat
anything until noon, only drink water, lemon water,
tea, or soup -- in this way the stomach utilizes belly
fat between 10 and 12 o'clock - in this manner, you
will slowly and without incidents lose 3 kg per week,
and if you maintain this diet, you will never be
overweight again.

3) coffee comes from tropical areas with long
transport routes and
4) the coffee culture has destroyed the tea culture,
where each tea has its own medicinal effect – and thus
coffee has destroyed part of the knowledge of natural
medicine – this knowledge must be regained.
5) The caffeine in coffee (and other products) is a
disaster, as it causes overactivity of the organs and
glands throughout the body, leading to excessive water
excretion from the body. From the age of 50, people
who drink a lot of coffee look like dwarfs, as they
have less and less water in their bodies (the
intervertebral discs shrink, the skin shrinks, the
organs and glands shrink) and have endless wrinkles
like channels (and they just say: this is "old age").
->> Replace coffee with: water – with lemon
water – with teas with lemon (in winter) or without
lemon (in summer) – so that people at 60 look like
they are 40.
